Ricky Tims Online Store offers the following Returns Policies:
- There are no returns or refunds for memberships, downloaded files, or product purchased from this site.
- Exchanges may be made for tangible products only.
- Sales for all downloadable files (music, embroidery designs, etc.) are final.
- Customer will pay for shipping of exchanges back to Ricky Tims, Inc. and Ricky Tims Inc. will pay to ship exchanged products back to the customer in the same method it was originally shipped.
Ricky Tims Online Store offers the following Shipping Policies:
- Due to Covid-19 pandemic, there is no regular staffing to assist with shipping. At this time, orders are packaged and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Exceptions would be orders placed on holidays, during sales with high volume, or in the event I, Ricky Tims, am traveling and cannot be in the office on the primary days to ship.
- Ricky Tims, Inc. makes no guarantee on delivery dates, either written or implied as we have no control over the delivery process. International orders typically go through Customs and Ricky Tims, Inc. cannot control the Customs process. Check with your local Customs Office for delayed orders.
- A USPS Delivery Confirmation is available upon request as well as a UPS Tracking Number for domestic shipping only. RICKY TIMS, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS AND ANY DISPUTED DELIVERIES MUST GO THROUGH THE CARRIER.
- For ALL International Orders: Ricky Tims, Inc. WILL NOT skew the pricing on any customs form or invoicing to facilitate less duty or taxes on order entering foreign countries. We understand the reasons for asking, but be please be aware this is fraud and Ricky Tims, Inc. will not be a party to such actions. All International orders will be shipped via USPS only - no UPS, FedEx, or DHL service available from La Veta, CO the site of our fulfillment facility.
