The Quilt Luminarium by Ricky Tims - Glenpool (Tulsa) OK  will be held September 15-16, 2017 at the Glenpool Conference Center, 12205 South Yukon, Glenpool OK.  The Holiday Inn Express Hotel adjacent to the Conference Center is our host hotel as well and is offering a special room rate $82 plus taxes.  To book your room, please call the Holiday Inn Express at 918-296-7000 to reserve your room.  Rooms must be reserved by April 21, 2017.  Please mention Quilt Luminarium by Ricky Tims to get your special rate.

Cancellations/Refunds:
Cancellation requests received on/before September 1, 2017 will be refunded the amount paid less a $35 cancellation fee per registrant; no exceptions!  There will be NO refunds after September 1, 2017, no exceptions!
