Our "vision" for creating a beautiful get-a-way for quilters has passed it's first milestone. On Thursday, December 5, 2002, Ricky and Justin purchased 40 acres of heaven in southern Colorado. It is nestled in a spectacular,undeveloped valley surrounded by mountains on three sides.

There is tremendous variety of flora and fauna as well as unique geological features throughout.

We have named the property Autumn Rock.  Autumn, in tribute to Ricky's quilt, "Songed'Autumne".  Rock, because of the giant, one hundred foot tall rock outcropping which is undoubtedly the grandest and most recognizable feature in the whole valley.
