Tuition - $850
All registrants must pay full tuition upon registration.
Tuition includes:
Five days of instruction
All lunches and evening meals
All LVQR planned group activities, lectures, and concerts.

Guest Fee - $300 - (for spouses or friends not taking classes.)

Guests fees are not required. However, guests not paying the guest fee will not be served at noon and evening meals, nor may they participate in group activities, lectures, or concerts. The Guest Fee is all-inclusive and may not be sub-divided. It is acceptable for guests to pay the fee and select which meals/events which they desire to attend.

The Inn provides a continental breakfast for the La Veta Quilt Retreat guests.

Get On the List!

Only those on the LVQR Registration Notification List will be sent emails about when registration opens.
CLICK HERE TO GET ON THE LIST. Those on the list will be contacted via email a week or so in advance of registration openings. This only happens once or twice a year so please be patient.

How to Register:
Step 1
When notifications are sent, you will be given a date and time to call Justin at 719-742-3755. Once he confirms you as a registrant you will be sent a registration form via email that must be filled out and returned with your payment by check, postmarked within 7 days. Once 10 registrants are confirmed, a waiting list will be started.

The registration form will request your basic information and a signature indicating your acceptance of the LVQR cancellation policy.

Step 2
Send in your registration form and payment.

Step 3
Upon receipt of your payment, you will be sent a final confirmation from us.

Once you receive your final confirmation, you will be asked to contact the La Veta Inn (1-888-806-4875) to make your room reservation and check . Please do not contact the Inn in advance of your confirmation from us.

Please be advised that there are only two rooms on the ground floor. These two rooms are courtyard apartments and are reserved for those who absolutely cannot negotiate stairs, as there is no elevator. They will be on a first come, first served basis, but if you can possibly negotiate stairs, everybody would appreciate your consideration in this matter. Included in the room charge will be a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, bagels and fruit. The inn does not normally provide breakfast in the room fee. It is very gracious of them to include the breakfast for our guests.

Dietary Needs
We can accommodate meals that must be vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, and non-dairy. We cannot make provision for South Beach, Adkins, or other similar diets. It is imperative that you let us know your dietary needs in advance.

Cancellation Policy for LVQR

Tuition is non-refundable. Should you find it necessary to cancel your registration, we will make every possible attempt to sell your spot to someone on our waiting list. If the position is filled, your entire payment will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. If it is not sold, you will not receive a refund. Note: In our experience, we’ve never had trouble filling a cancellation. However, the possibility does exist. The earlier the cancellation, the easier it is to find a replacement.
