Howdy Everybody,  

May was a busy month for me having traveled to teach in Somers, NY; Kankakee, IL; and also, Raleigh, NC.  Not to mention that the Rocky Mountain Quilt Retreat just ended a few days ago.   

Speaking of RMQR, registrations will open on June 15th for the May 2003 Retreat.  DATES ARE:  May 25 - June 1, 2003.  Why not get together with a friend and come next spring.  Testimonials from last week will be posted by June 15 (hopefully) on the RMQR page.  We still have two openings for this October and you can contact Tye Davis - RMQR Coordinator with registration information or questions. 

Congratulations to Vicki Wickwar from Cameron, Missouri.  Vicki was the winner of the Ricky Tims Goodie Basket drawing held at AQS in Paducah.  Her name was randomly drawn from nearly 650 entries, all of whom signed-up for the Ricky Tims Newsletter.  We hope Vicki enjoys all her Ricky Tims hand-dyed fabrics, CD's, and patterns. 

Our new "Delicious Fabrics" are now available at the Ricky Tims Internet Store.  This month's new flavor is "Banana Nut Bread" and should be posted within the week. 

Finally, shipping costs for the Internet Store have been greatly reduced.  We now ship via USPS instead of UPS Ground.  The shipping is sent 1st class or priority, depending on weight, and should actually be delivered in the same amount of time or even quicker for about 1/2 the cost of UPS Ground.  In addition, any "retail" order of $100 or more will receive free shipping.  Unfortunately, the free shipping is limited only to U.S. residents and also excludes wholesale orders.
