from event start date: Ricky Tims, Inc (RTI) will make every effort
to fill any cancellation made greater than 3 months
out from our lottery list. RTI makes no guarantees,
either real or implied, that RTI can fill any cancelled
spot. RTI also encourages that YOU take an active
role in filling your cancellation to increase your
odds of receiving a refund. IF your cancelled spot
gets filled, RTI will refund all monies paid to date
less a $75 administration fee. IF RTI is unable to
fill your cancelled spot, RTI will refund 50% of total
registration fee.
** If you must cancel within 3 months of the event
start date, and YOU find a replacement, we must be
notified immediately of the replacement’s name,
address, phone number, and email address. It is your
responsibility to collect payment from your replacement
as NO REFUND will be made from RTI.

Five days of class with 24 hour access.
Six evening meals and five lunches. Our catering chefs are spectacular! (Ricky Tims, Inc. reserves the right to alter how the meals are served,“sit-down”, buffet, etc., as this is dictated by the caterers or facility at the time of the retreat.)
All LVQR group extracurricular activities.
Guest Fee - $300 - (for spouses or friends not
taking classes.)

Guests fees are not required. However, guests not paying the guest fee will not be served at noon and evening meals. The Guest Fee is all-inclusive and may not be sub-divided. It is acceptable for guests to pay the full fee and select which meals/events which they desire to attend.

How to Register:
Step 1
When notifications are sent, it will be approximately two weeks before a full email blast is sent to the Ricky Tims mailing list. Once you are
confirmed for a specific date, you will be sent a registration
form via email.
The registration form will request your basic information and a signature indicating your acceptance of the LVQR cancellation policy.
Step 2
Send in your registration form and payment. The form must be filled out and returned with your payment by check, postmarked by the due date. You are not confirmed until your registration form and payment have been received.
Step 3
Upon receipt of your payment, you will be sent
a final confirmation from us.
Once you receive your final confirmation, you should immediately make your room reservation. We urge that you do not book your lodging until you have confirmation from us.
Dietary Needs
We can accommodate meals that must be vegetarian,
kosher, gluten-free, and non-dairy. We cannot
make provision for South Beach, Adkins, or other
similar diets. It is imperative that you let
us know your dietary needs in WELL IN ADVANCE.

Regarding the La Veta Inn (next door) be advised that there are only two rooms on the ground floor. These two rooms are courtyard apartments and are reserved for those who absolutely cannot negotiate stairs, as there is no elevator. They will be on a first come, first served basis. If you can possibly negotiate stairs, everybody would appreciate your consideration in this matter. Included in the room charge will be a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, milk, cereal, yogurt, bagels and fruit. As things DO change from time to time, you should confirm your breakfast options.

Tuition is non-refundable. Should you find it necessary to cancel your registration, we will make every possible attempt to sell your spot to someone on our waiting list. If the position is filled, your entire payment will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. If it is not sold, you will not receive a refund.
